I've wanted to help people for as long as I can remember. For many years, I did that as a licensed psychotherapist in Germany, working in my own practice. But over time, I kept growing, kept searching for more ways to support people. My own experience with grief and loss has shaped this path deeply.
I've learned what it means to feel isolated, and what it takes to find your way back to life, to connection, to yourself.

That's what I want to help others do too: step out of isolation, find meaning, grow personally, spiritually, in whatever way is truly yours. And I believe this matters just as much at the end of life as anywhere else : that no one has to face dying alone, and that life can be lived fully, right up until its very last moment.

Today, that mission takes three forms: companionship for older adults, end-of-life doula support and grief and life-transition coaching. Different in practice, but the same at heart — presence, without judgment, for whatever life brings.
